Brewhouse Pizza Project

Brainstormed during the onset of quarantine with a simple question to answer – What goes best with Fresh Beer? Then more importantly, what equipment will actually fit in the smallest commercial kitchen in Philadelphia? The inspiration came from my Dad’s story of how he got started in the restaurant business – Buying a Pizza Oven! He quit trade school and delivered a used pizza oven to our family’s 9 stool bar in Sayreville, NJ in the trunk of a 1957 Chevy. Following in his footsteps, I reconfigured the taproom kitchen and introduced beer into the recipes to create a unique fresh ‘Twist’ on an American classic – Brewhouse Pizza! I’m excited to launch this project to keep my neighbors of Roxborough Manayunk smiling during such a chaotic time in history.
